Once a project is fully paid for and completed, all deliverables such as designs, logos, or websites will be transferred to the client. However, Infinite Studio reserves the right to use project materials for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Quotations and Payments
All pricing for services will be provided in a quotation before any work begins. Payments must be made according to the terms in the quotation or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4.2 Late Fees
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract or invoice. Infinite Studio reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts.
4.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of creative services, refunds will only be provided in specific circumstances, such as when no work has been initiated, or if the agreed deliverables are not met due to Infinite Studio's fault. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Project Timelines and Revisions
5.1 Timelines
We will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, Infinite Studio is not liable for delays caused by client-side factors, such as delays in feedback or approvals.
5.2 Revisions
The number of revisions included in each project will be outlined in the original agreement. Additional revisions beyond those specified may incur extra fees. Major changes to the project scope after work has begun may also result in additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Content Supply
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, videos, and other media, in a timely manner. Infinite Studio is not responsible for delays resulting from late or incomplete content delivery.
6.2 Approvals
It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all deliverables. Once approved, any further changes or modifications may incur additional fees.
7. Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for services rendered.
8. Warranties and Liability
8.1 No Warranty
Infinite Studio provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific results from the use of our services. We do not warrant that our website or services will be free from errors or interruptions.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the project. This includes business practices, designs, strategies, or other sensitive information. Infinite Studio will not share your confidential information with any third parties without your consent, and vice versa.

11. Third-Party Services
Infinite Studio may recommend or use third-party tools and platforms in the course of delivering services (such as hosting services, social media platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for any issues or damages caused by third-party services.
