When WAX approached us to develop their social dating app, we knew it was more than just creating a platform for swiping. Our mission was to build a judgment-free space where users could truly find their tribe. We placed safety, privacy, and security at the heart of our design, ensuring that every user felt secure and free to express themselves.

By prioritising these elements, we helped WAX create a platform that stands out in the crowded dating app market, offering a unique, inclusive space for open-minded individuals.

When WAX approached us to develop their social dating app, we knew it was more than just creating a platform for swiping. Our mission was to build a judgment-free space where users could truly find their tribe. Each feature of the WAX app - Dating, Events, and Communities—was meticulously crafted to cater to a unique, open-minded audience. The design is bold, intuitive, and completely distinct from any other dating app, prioritising user privacy and safety at every step.

WAX needed a brand that speaks to its bold, open-minded community. We crafted a visual identity that defies conventions, making a strong statement across all touch points. From impactful billboards to sleek app icons, every element of the WAX brand was designed to connect and resonate with its audience.

We managed WAX’s social media, primarily on Instagram, to authentically reflect the brand’s unique, open-minded ethos. A key challenge was navigating platform restrictions while ensuring compliance with content guidelines, allowing us to run successful Meta Ad campaigns.

Through strategic content planning and creative storytelling, we grew the community, increased engagement, and maintained a positive brand image that resonated with the audience, all while staying true to WAX’s vision of a judgment-free space.

Under impossible timelines, we storyboarded, produced, and edited WAX’s launch video from scratch. The goal was to create an engaging trailer that clearly highlighted the problem WAX solves and positioned the app as the solution.

Despite the challenges, the trailer was met with outstanding feedback from the team, stakeholders, and audiences, marking a proud achievement for our team.
