We started from the ground up, working closely with KCS through a series of workshops to develop a comprehensive brand strategy. This included defining their mission, values, vision, and conducting a thorough competitor analysis. From this foundation, we created detailed user personas and crafted a tone of voice that speaks directly to KCS's primary and secondary audiences.
The visual identity we developed for KCS is fresh and clean, designed to resonate with both clients and contractors. Central to this identity is the 'KCS-approved' check mark in the logo, symbolising their rigorous vetting process and commitment to quality. The brand guidelines we delivered included everything from color palettes and typography to the proper use of the logo, ensuring consistency across all touch points.

A Wordpress Refresh
A Wordpress Refresh
KCS approached us for a minor website refresh. We were given a tight deadline and an existing WordPress structure to work with. Although it wasn’t a complete redesign, we focused on maximising what was possible within the constraints. Despite the limitations, we delivered a refreshed, user-friendly site that meets their needs.
While WordPress isn’t our preferred platform, this project showed that we can adapt and deliver quality results on any platform, even under challenging circumstances.
